January typically being the coldest month, a fiery hamburger seemed best. Our Bonfire Hamburger starts with our ground in-house USDA Choice, Certified Angus Beef. We then add fresh jalapeños, grilled onions, and a homemade sriracha aioli. This burger is not for the faint of heart!
